Why not sleep in them
The magnet grips the lobe all night while the pillow pushes the stone sideways. The result is a sore, sometimes bruised lobe by morning, and a magnet that has slid to a thinner spot and falls off when you get up. Take them off like any stud.
The two-minute routine
- Wipe both halves with a dry cloth at night.
- Store the pair with the magnets snapped together so they do not attract dust and keys.
- Once a month, a drop of dish soap and warm water, then dry.
